General Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the relationship between visitors and clients of the website and REALEZA as provider of beauty services and operator of the brand's digital services.

The following legally required identification details are not yet confirmed and will be published before the first paid booking is accepted: official public email address. Until then REALEZA does not accept online payments and these Terms are published in a pre-launch version.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of chipilova.eu, to the beauty services provided by REALEZA, to online booking requests, to enquiries (including corporate ones) and to REALEZA's other digital services, including AI Nail Preview™. By using the website you accept these Terms.

3. Services and pricing

Current service descriptions and prices are published on the website. The applicable price is the price communicated to the customer at the time of booking or purchase, subject to mandatory consumer-law requirements. REALEZA may change the scope and pricing of services for the future without affecting already confirmed bookings.

• Service descriptions are indicative; the final approach is agreed during the in-studio consultation.
• No guaranteed service durations are published.
• In line with Bulgarian dual price display requirements, consumer prices are shown in both EUR and BGN at the official fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN, with statutory rounding, until 8 August 2026.
• Dual display applies to consumer (B2C) prices. Individual corporate offers and invoices are governed by the relevant B2B agreement.

4. Bookings

Submitting a booking form on the website creates a booking request, not an automatically confirmed appointment. REALEZA reviews the request and the booking is concluded only once REALEZA expressly confirms it by phone, email or another agreed channel. Automated acknowledgements of receipt do not constitute confirmation of an appointment.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

We ask clients to notify REALEZA as early as possible if a confirmed appointment needs to be cancelled or moved, so the slot can be offered to another client.

REALEZA currently applies no cancellation fees, deposits or no-show penalties. Such rules do not apply unless and until they are expressly published in these Terms and communicated to the client before booking.

6. Payments and refunds

Payment is currently made on site at the studio, using the methods available at the time of the visit. The website does not process online payments, does not collect deposits and does not store payment instruments.

Refund rules will be published together with the introduction of online payments. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Membership (Essential / Signature / VIP)

REALEZA Membership is presented on the website as a three-tier concept — Essential, Signature and VIP. The tier information is informative and constitutes an invitation to register interest.

• Available today: browsing the tiers and registering interest.
• Planned: online membership sign-up, payment, automatic renewal and a member profile.
• No commitments are made regarding rollover of unused credits, cancellation periods or payment mechanics before these are published.

A membership contract arises only after an express written or electronic confirmation between the client and REALEZA on clearly communicated terms.

8. REALEZA for Teams™

Corporate programmes — including Beauty Credit™, Corporate Wallet™, REALEZA Gift™ and Office Beauty Days™ — are provided on the basis of an individual B2B proposal and/or agreement. Published examples, values and structures are illustrative and do not override individually agreed commercial terms. In case of conflict, the signed corporate agreement prevails.

9. Gifts, credits and stored values

REALEZA Gift™ and Beauty Credit™ are issued subject to the conditions communicated at the time of issuance.

Validity periods, transferability, cash redemption and refund conditions are not yet defined and do not apply until expressly published. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.

10. AI Nail Preview™

AI Nail Preview™ is a visual simulation for inspiration only. The generated image is an approximation and is not a guarantee that an identical physical result can be achieved.

• The real result depends on natural nail shape, length and condition, chosen colours and materials, lighting, technique and other real-world factors.
• The service is in Beta and may be temporarily unavailable, limited or changed.
• An AI preview is not medical, cosmetic or professional advice.

11. User uploads and AI processing

To use AI Nail Preview™ the user uploads a photograph. The user confirms they are entitled to use the uploaded image and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

• Uploading unlawful, offensive, or third-party content without consent is prohibited.
• The photograph is processed solely to generate the preview, through an AI service provider.
• REALEZA does not acquire ownership of the uploaded photograph. The user retains their rights in it.
• Details of personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

The REALEZA name, visual identity, CH monogram, website design and structure, original copy, photography and other owned materials are protected and may not be used without prior written consent, save where permitted by law.

REALEZA makes no ownership claim over third-party technologies, AI models, libraries or materials used in providing the services.

13. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookie use in the Cookie Policy. These Terms neither replace nor limit those documents.

14. Consumer rights

Consumers benefit from the mandatory protections of Bulgarian and EU consumer law, including distance-contract rules where applicable. Nothing in these Terms is to be interpreted as a waiver or limitation of statutory consumer rights.

The right of withdrawal from a distance contract may not apply to services already performed with the consumer's express consent, as provided by applicable law.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to resolve every case fairly and personally. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection and use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

16. Liability

REALEZA exercises due care in the quality and hygiene of its services. Liability is limited to what is permitted by law; nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian or EU law — including for death or personal injury, intent or gross negligence.

• Clients must disclose allergies, skin conditions or medical circumstances before a treatment.
• REALEZA is not liable for outcomes affected by inaccurate or withheld client information.
• The website is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted availability.

17. Changes to these Terms

This is version 1.0, effective 2026-07-25. REALEZA may update these Terms. Changes apply prospectively from their publication date and do not affect already confirmed bookings or concluded contracts, unless more favourable to the client or required by law.

18. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. The mandatory consumer protections of the consumer's country of habitual residence are preserved. Disputes are resolved in good faith and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court, without prejudice to the consumer's right to approach a competent authority or use alternative dispute resolution.
